We have been involved in Real Estate for over 20 years. Our founder purchased his first property in SouthWest Philadelphia at the age of 18 . While in college, he identified a need for providing affordable housing to low income families. Determined to meet this goal, our founder assembled a team of like-minded individuals to help bring this vision to life. We believe that everyone should have access to quality housing, regardless of their budget.
